Yes, I tried my hand at recording a series of clips (first time ever!) for youtube to show people how to make flan. You can watch this for laughs or grimaces.

thanks for the vids, found them on youtube where i found a link directing me to your blog and i loved it.
i was originally looking for a leche flan making how-to video and i found your video and it's entertaining to again realize that although the philippine version of the flan is different (we throw away egg whites), it's still the same with the latin american/iberian peninsula/northern african flan. now i want to study food history and do the cooking later. great job!
